SATILIVE™ was established by Panevėžio Aruodas, a farmer-owned cooperative in Northern Lithuania, uniting over 35 farmers and managing more than 13,000 hectares of arable land. From that foundation, our state-of-the-art supercritical CO₂ extraction facility produces concentrated, full-spectrum extracts.

To maximize quality and minimize environmental impact, we use no chemical solvents and after each run the CO₂ is recovered and returned to the process in a closed loop.
We produce supercritical CO₂ extracts of chamomile, oregano, thyme, caraway, ginger, sea buckthorn, cinnamon, bay leaves, chili, cloves, savory herb, black currant seed and many others. All traceable, reproducible and controlled from plant to final profile.

“Panevėžys aruodas” is an association of 35 farmers from northern Lithuania. We have joined forces to rationalize the use of the most fertile Lithuanian lands. The principles of economies of scale and integration allow us to shorten the value chain and ensure maximum benefit for both business partners.
Together, we manage more than 13,000 hectares of highly fertile land in the Panevėžys district. The pooled resources allow us to effectively save costs, plan crop diversity to meet changing market needs, and ensure competitive pricing.

The pride of “Panevėžio aruodas” is a modern plant extract factory, which applies the most modern supercritical CO₂ extraction technologies.

By controlling the entire process from crop cultivation to extraction and bottling, we can guarantee the highest product quality and competitive (not inflated by excessive intermediary services) pricing. CBD oils under our Satilive brand are made from hemp grown in the fields of northern Lithuania. For botanical extracts that are not grown locally in Lithuania, we source them from reputable suppliers who ensure complete traceability throughout the supply chain.
